My painting “Released” was featured on Alyson Stanfield’s ArtBizBlog. Alyson is an art coach and author, offering services and products to help artists build profitable businesses. If you are an artist and don’t yet know her, you owe it to yourself to check her out.
I am inspired again to be a Coach for Nicholas Wilton’s intensive, online course, The Creative Visionary Program, for the third year in a row. I will be working with artists, from beginner to advanced, across the globe, helping to clarify and strengthen their creative expression.
I am grateful to have been featured in Southwest Art magazine once again. The article, “Where Are They Now”, is a follow-up on several artists that have been named “Artist To Watch. The Editor’s Choice for Up and Coming Talent.” by the magazine.
It was a honor to be one of over 70 artists contributing to “Mandalas for Kristin”, a fundraising silent auction event for a dear friend’s daughter who is courageously fighting a rare form of head and neck cancer. You can listen to Kristin’s story and learn more about the research and efforts of Dr. Ezra Cohen, one of the leading oncologists in personalized immunotherapy. tinyurl.com/GenerosityPeabody
In June of 2017 I moved from Austin, Texas, to Portland, Oregon, and also into a studio space in the NW Marine Iron Works complex. The property provides studio space to about 60 artists in a collection of WWII vintage buildings. It’s motivating to be working alongside so many talented artists creating such diverse forms of art.
